Responsibilities工做职责:
Perform engineering, procurement and construction work.
完成工程，采购和建造项目。
Responsible for managing all activities comprising the project for delivery of the project’s goals set by the client and Project Director.
负责办理项目，分拨工做。
Lead a team of subordinates, sub-contractors to execute projects. Implement quality control on workmanship and material according to international/local standards
率领团队和承包商完成项目。根据国际和国度原则对项目量量停止掌握。
Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, manufacturing status, installation, field start-up and maintenance issues
Review the tender drawings, coordinate the project: project design, approvals (local government), procurement and site construction.
Prepare paper work including: technical specification, contract, bidding document, fax, weekly/monthly report and minutes of meeting.
Requirements 任职要求:
Mechanical, electrical or Civil background
10+ years work experience in project management, proven performance in foreign funded projects is a plus.
具有十年以上的项目办理经历，具有外资项目经历优先。
Familiar with all disciplines of the project team, Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems
熟悉建筑队的根本规则，领会国际工程和项目办理系统。
Fluent speaking and writing in English, Good communication skill
Strong leadership skill
