　　1. Job Title: BPM Manager

　　Location: Beijing/Shanghai

　　Job Description: BPM Manager will take the BPM leadership role, manager the whole BPM team and support for the development of proposals and project delivery of Strategy/BPR areas including EA, GTM, SCM and Financial management. The object is to deliver the right business solution at the right time at the right price. Your challenge will be to evaluate clients’ current business strategy, business model and related process, and lead the team designing the future strategy, model and process. Acting as the expert in the subject manner from concept to completion, you’ll build relationships at executive level to ensure that we deliver exactly what we promise, when it’s promised.

　　Profile: Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration field

　　 8+ year successful experience as BPM project manager or BPM team leader

　　 Good understanding of Strategy/BPR methodology

　　 Good understanding of SCOR model

　　 Experienced on Iris tools, able to design flows with such tool

　　 Having basic technical knowledge, like ERP, MES, DMS, Middleware, etc

　　 Preferred to have manufacturing industry-specific know-how, especially in Home Appliance area

　　 Ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels

　　 Ability and willingness to motivate and mentor other consultants, act as change agent

　　 Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others. Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction

　　 Fluent Mandarin and English both in written and spoken

　　 Excellent customer presence and presentation skills

　　2.Job Title: Solution Architect

　　Location: Bei Jing (Shen Yang preferred)

　　Compensation: RMB 300K Annually above

　　Head Hunter: Yes

　　Job Description: - Lead the customer discussion about the high level architecture of the Management Supporting System, including portal, EPM(企业项目办理), KM（常识办理）etc.

　　- Lead the architecture high level design, Review the implementation for Management Supporting System

　　- Lead the infrastructure design and integration design

　　- Setup the process and guideline for technical team

　　- Coach the development team in key technologieS

　　Profile: - Deeply understand about the Portal, J2EE, BPM products and technology, familiar with the network design, infrastructure design, HA design and performance tuning

　　- Has 3+ years experiences of large scale information management system architecture design

　　- Take technical leading position for more than 3 years

　　- China Mobile MSS system design experiences preferred.
