While inspecting a high school and three universities in Beijing on Monday, Vice-Premier Sun Chunlan said schools of all levels should optimize management according to the new COVID-19 control measures and fully resume classes routines. Schools across China are making full preparations for the new semester as 300 million students and teachers are about to return to the classrooms.
2月6日，国务院副总理孙春兰到北京市第十九中学、北京大学、清华大学、北京航空航天大学调研开学预备工做。她表达，本年春季开学是新冠病毒传染施行“乙类乙管”后近3亿师生大规模集中返校，各级各类学校要根据“乙类乙管”要求进一步优化学校治理办法，全面恢复一般教导教学次序，把开学的各方面工做预备到位，确保教导系统广阔师生安康和校园平安不变。

The opening ceremony of the one-year anniversary celebration of the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games, and the 2023 Ice and Snow Carnival for the Disabled was held in the Beijing Expo Park in Yanqing district on Feb 7, with 800 participants, including Chen Jianxin and Yan Zhuo, two gold medalists in wheel-chair curling in the 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. The carnival aims to further popularize winter sports among people with disabilities.
纪念北京冬残奥会胜利举办一周年活动开幕式暨“第七届中国残疾人冰雪运动季”2023年北京市残疾人冰雪嘉韶华，于2月7日在北京世园公园开幕，旨在进一步妥帖普及残疾人群众冰雪运动，引导和鼓舞残疾人积极参与冬季康复健身体育活动。残疾人代表、意愿者等约800人参与了当日的活动。北京冬残奥会冠军、中国轮椅冰壶队队员陈建新和队友闫卓在活动上与残疾人伴侣一同体验了旱地冰壶项目。
冬奥大屏进躲中国片子博物馆
LED screens used at the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2022 Beijing Winter Games were donated by Leyard, one of the suppliers of the display technology and products, to the China National Film Museum. Iconic scenes from the ceremonies like the flowing Yellow River and weeping willow will be enjoyed by visitors to the museum.
为进一步庇护传承和操纵好冬奥文化遗产，沉浸式再现冬奥开终结式光影场景，利亚德将冬奥会期间鸟巢现场合利用的LED屏幕做为冬奥会遗产，捐赠给中国片子博物馆。开幕式上的黄河奔腾进海，终结式上折柳寄柳等典范霎时将在馆内重现。
“北京智造”+“北京办事”北京鞭策两业合成施行定见出台
An action plan on promoting deep integration of the advanced manufacturing and the modern service industries was issued recently in Beijing. It proposes that by 2025, 10 municipal-level demonstration parks and 100 municipal-level pilot enterprises integrating the two industries will be cultivated. In addition, digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises above designated size will be fully implemented.
近日，北京印发了《关于北京市鞭策先辈造造业和现代办事业深度合成开展的施行定见》，将陆续撑持 “北京智造”+“北京办事”两业合成开展。“施行定见”提出，到2025年，培育提拔构成10家市级两业合成示范园区、100家市级两业合成试点企业，规模以上造造业企业数字化、智能化转型晋级根本实现全笼盖。

An Action Plan for the Development and Promotion of Special Education in Beijing during the 14th Five-Year Plan states that the city will continue to promote the construction of special education schools, and all districts should build a special education school offering education from kindergarten to high school, and hire a sufficient number of special education teachers according to students’ different ages and majors.
《北京市“十四五”特殊教导开展提拔动作方案》明白本市陆续推进特殊教导学校达标工程建立，各区均要建有一所从幼儿园到高中全学段跟尾的十五年造特殊教导学校，并根据差别学段、差别专业配足配齐特教教师。
三里屯商圈已启动城市更新
2.5公里慢行系统启动建立
Environment, transportation and international services in Beijing’s Sanlitun commercial street will be upgraded this year. Construction of a slow-traffic system is scheduled to begin this month, connecting the street with the Liangmahe River Waterfront and North Chaoyang Road, forming a 2.5 kilometers long route. By adding transportation facilities and improving landscaping, the area is expected to become a popular leisure space.

Built in 1452 during the Ming Dynasty, Longfu Temple was once the core business district of Beijing. Since 2012, Dongcheng District has carried out a three phase urban protection and renewal project in the area. According to the recently-issued "Three-year Action Plan for the Development and Construction of Longfu Temple Park (2023-2025)", the second phase of the project will be completed this year and it is expected to become an international complex of culture, business and tourism.
隆福寺始建于明朝1452年，曾是京城的核心贸易区。2012年起，东城区对隆福寺地域启动风貌庇护和城市更新，分三期革新。近日，东城区印发《隆福寺园区开展建立三年动作计划（2023-2025年）》，隆福寺二期将于本年整体表态，打造建立国际文化交换体验区、文商旅复合空间。
香山革命纪念馆新增加件文物
涉及文献档案纪念章等浩瀚门类
Reviewed by the Beijing Municipal Cultural Heritage Bureau, 30 cultural relics collected by the Xiangshan Revolutionary Memorial Hall entered the national cultural relics records. 18 of the items, including the "Labor University" pass used by Zhao Guangchen, an officer of the Central Military Commission in 1949, were rated as national first-class cultural relics. 8 items were rated class II and 4 as class III. The newly-rated cultural relics offer a glimpse into the history of China and the revolutionary spirit of a generation.
近日，经北京市文物局审核存案公示，香山革命纪念馆馆躲30件（套）文物予以定级存案，此中，1949年中心军委做战部顾问赵光琛利用的“劳动大学”通行证章等18件（套）贵重文物获评为国度一级文物，另有8件（套）获评二级文物，4件（套）获评三级文物。新获评的一级文物大多凸起反映了党和新中国的光辉汗青以及老一辈革命家的革命精神，具有特殊重要的汗青、艺术、科学价值。
