- Water 30g
Green Onion Stir-Fry Shrimp Preparation
1、Fresh Shrimp 300g, add 3g salt and 10g flour to gently rub the surface of the shrimp. Rinse thoroughly with water and drain off excess moisture. Re-add 1g salt and 2g flour to the shrimp for an additional 5 minutes of gentle rubbing.
2、Slice the green onion into segments, finely chop the garlic and ginger.
3、Mix 1g salt, 1g sugar, 5g sake vinegar, 2g flour, and 30g water in a bowl to create "sauce". This sauce will be used during the cooking process.
4、Heat 1 tablespoon (around 10 grams) of oil in a pan over medium heat. Lay out the shrimp evenly on the pan and cook until they turn golden brown. Note that you should only cook the shrimp to about 7-8 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked without being overcooked.
